Monica Starks and Tanya Brown represented Rappahannock at the Future Business Leaders of America workshop at James Madison University held September lb. Monica and Tanya joined other Piedmont Technical Education Center students from Culpeper. Madison and Orange counties for the daylong activities.

In the morning session, students divided into small groups to discuss topics that included “How to Prepare a Job Description Manual," “How to Prepare for a Job Interview,” "How to Prepare Credentials for the Mr.-Miss FBLA Contests," "How to Prepare an Annual Activities Report for Gold Seal Chapter Designation," and "How to Prepare Posters." After lunch, the group watched James Madison University's football team beat Towson State University's team. 21 to 14

Monica is the daughter of Emmett Starks of Amissville and Tanya is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Bruce Brown of Woodville.
