Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Carter of Clifton Forge visited friends in the county last Monday and with Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood were dinner guests of Mrs. Mary Quaintance. Sunday luncheon guests were Jack Miller of Washington and Mrs. B. M. Varner.
Mrs. George W. Hawkins spent from Sunday to Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding and family in Fairfax.
