The Lady Panthers 1 brought home blue ribbons 1 for the 800 and 400 meter relays, setting new school records in the process. Kathy Davis, Cristol Porter, Raynetta Gheen and Kim Williams finished the 800 in 1:50.4 and the 400 in 52.3 seconds.
Williams also tied the RCHS record for the hurdles as she finished third in 15.7 seconds.
Porter, Gheen and Kathy Davis were third, fourth and fifth in the long jump with leaps of 15’4;;, 14’9 3-6” and 14’9 1-2”. Porter also took third in the high jump, clearing 4’8" and ran the 200 in 28.1 seconds for another third.
