fact that it's rare to find a principal who genuinely cares about his teachers these days, (many seem to be afraid they’ll lose their jobs if they’re not totally dictatorial with their faculties), the real losers here are the students. 1 just hope the good teachers ‘back home’ don't, because of the present situation and out of frustration, throw in the towel!
