The first, for job listing, includes employer’s name, address and telephone, date work will be available, type of work and job requirements. The “available to work” form asks for name, address, age and telephone number, work experience, type of work desired, date of availability for work and whether the prospective employee has transportation to and from a job.

Unemployed men and women who want to sign up for jobs will have to come into the Welfare Office in Washington to complete the form. “We can’t take calls from people who want us to sign them up. We don’t have the staff to do it. This is entirely a volunteer project on my part. But I will take calls from employers with jobs to offer. I'm afraid we’re not going to get that many and I don't want to miss a single one," Moffett explained.
