Rappahannock 4-H members will be helping to serve barbecue at the Culpeper - Madison - Rappahannock Farm Show Monday from 4-6:30. The barbecue will benefit 4-H activities in the three counties. Other events of interest to Rappahannock residents are the swine show tonight (Thursday) at 7:30; the sheep show tomorrow at 7:30; the Northern Piedmont Beekeeper’s Association exhibit on Friday and Saturday; and the awards presentation and 4-H livestock sale after the barbecue on Monday. Youngsters might enjoy the petting zoo, the dog show and the pet show, all on Sunday.
Area 4-H supporters should plan to attend the barbecue and the swine and sheep shows, which represent a great deal of hard work on the part of the 4-H youngsters.
