Hutchinson COSTA RICA LIONS CLUB chairman Tony Perez and his wife Maritza (second and third from right) were in Rappahannock recently , visiting Capt. and Mrs. Helen Holshuh. Perez, who is District Chairman for Costa Rica and on the Lions Club Council of Governors for Central America, was in the U.S. as one of 25,000 delegates to the recent International Lions Convention in Atlanta. While in the county, he attended the local Lions meeting which also hosted another special guest, Virginia District 24-A Chairman Ken Isaac.
