A Wee Miss Virginia Pageant will be held on Sunday, November 21, at the auditorium of the Handley High School in Winchester. The pageant is open to all residents of Virginia between the ages of 2 and 4 years.
All contestants will appear in either a long or short party dress and will be judged on beauty, poise and personality.
Awards will be presented to a Miss Personality and a Miss Photogenic. A Wee Miss Virginia will be selected, and will have a court of 4 runners-up. Special gifts and awards will be presented to the winner and her court. All contestants will receive a tiara crown, banner and trophy or plaque.
