On Thursday evening, November 11, at 7:30 p.m.. The Rappahannock County Library will present Joy Luke, local artist and nationally recognized expert in the field of color.
As advisor to the Smithsonian Institute, private industry and government. Joy has written articles and delivered lectures on colo'r and artists' materials for professional journals and publications.
In her demonstration at the library, Mrs. Luke will bring magic to the properties of color and the ways in which it is seen. She will focus on those properties oi color which show that the eyes may lie. vision may be invisable and the brain may record images not actually seen.
