SECONDHAND ROSES, the ladies of Rappahannock, almost stole the show as they vamped, wiggled and hammed their way across the stage in Saturday’s Friendship Follies. Although the spotlight belonged to the kids for most of the evening, they shared applause with the dubious ladies, with Brad Fisher as Charlie Brown in a rock V roll ’50’s revival and with a string of flustered gentlemen “fire fighters" led by high school principal Bob Chappel.
