On or before December 20, 1982, any person who expects to submit evidence and to crossexamine Centel and Commission witnesses must file with the Commission a Notice of Protest conforming to Rule 516 (a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure A copy of this Notice must be mailed to James D Ogg, Central Telephone Company of Virginia, P O Box 6788, Charlottesville, Virginia 22906
On or before January 7. 1983, all persons who have filed a Notice of Protest and expect to participate in the hearing as a Protestant must file with the Commission a Protest, together with fifteen (15) copies of all prepared testimony and exhibits of the witnesses to be offered at the hearing Protestants must serve a copy of the Protest and testimony upon all other parties.
Any interested person (public witness) who desires to make a statement at the public hearing in his own behalf either for or against the application for increased rates, but not otherwise participate in the hearing, need only be present in the Commission's Courtroom 15 minutes prior to the commencemeht of the
