(1) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO 91: The Board will review the application of Community Trash Removal, Inc. and Clifton and June Clark for a special use permit to operate a sanitary landfill on the east side of State Route 621 north of Woodville in Stonewall Magisterial District which permit was granted on February 10, 1977.
(2) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 186: Donald R. Chandler of Flint Hill, Virginia, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-12(15) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a school for practical instruction in architecture, design, drafting and construction on "Sunny Slope Farms" Tract "B" containing 63.61 acres on U. S. Route 522 north of Flint Hill, Virginia.
(3) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 187: Harry I. Clarkson of Castleton, Virginia has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-12(14) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a tourist house for paying guests on Boyers Mountain Hill Farm on State Route 616 near Castleton.
Due to a defect in the adequacy of the notice of the public hearing held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on I October 8, 1982, the Board will reopen the following special use application for additional public comments, if any:
(1) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 176: Mrs. William E. Lynn, t-a Wakefield Country Day School, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-12(15) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to construct an addition to Wakefield Country Day School to include a gym naslum, locker rooms, language laboratory, office and other facilities on U. S. Route 522 north of Flint Hill.
(2) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 177: Mildred Cebula, t-a The Hampton Inn, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 7-12(10) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a game room with commercial amusements on U. S. Route 211 west of Washington, Virginia.
(3) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 178: Rappahannock Group Home Partnership has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 7-12(12) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a licensed nursing home for not more than 120 adults at the old Rappahannock Ski Area on State Route 622 in Harris Hollow west of Washington, Virginia.
(4) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 179: On behalf of the Rappahannock County School Board, Gerald S. Lysik, Clerk of the Board, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-1-2(15) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to construct and operate a combination school board office and school bus maintenance facility adjacent to the Rappahannock Elementary School off U. S. Route 211 west of Washington, Virginia.
