The letters to the editor in your November 4, 1982, issue provided most interesting and enlightening reading. May 1 use this opportunity to assure Mrs. Whetzel that many people in our county have begun to have questions about whether the traditional (commercial) Halloween garb and activities are really appropriate for Christian families.
I also agree that we should investigate and test “the facts’’ against the truth. All too often even Christians are deceived and seem to be following guidelines as presented in Christian Living Made Easy by Lucifer and Company rather than the Word of God.
