Rappahannock County has one very confused representative in Richmond, judging by a correspondence to the county’s Water and Sewer Authority from State Senator Nathan Miller.
In a letter dated October 6, Bob Dennis, WSA treasurer, wrote Miller, asking for his support for the county’s effort to secure $478,193 from the Community Improvement Block Grant program to finance Sperryville’s sewer system.
At it's November 9th meeting, the Authority reported on the reply from the senator. Miller wrote that he had intended to send a letter in support of the block grant application to Gene Dishner. Director of the Virginia Department of Housing, but saw no reason to forward the letter since approval for the grant had
