the Superintendent. Dear Citizens of Rappahannock County: I am writing to extend an invitation to join us as we celebrate American Education Week. As the staff gathered in late August to prepare for the new school year, emphasis was given to the nation of success. It is my clear feeling that we have enjoyed significant success to date. We would like to share the successes of our young people with you and we would like to hear from you in terms of new and continuing concerns to be pursued.
