Asked about water and sewer facilities, he said health department inspectors will approve the water once an ultraviolet purification system—which Clarkson already has on hand—is installed. He acknowledged * that he didn’t know the size of the septic field but added that he has encountered no difficulties with sewage disposal.

The BZA issued the permit for the bed and breakfast inn, limiting overnight guests to 25 and requiring verification of health department approval on water and sewer. In an issue carried over from the previous month’s meeting, the board members set six as the maximum number of video games, pinball machines and other electronic amusements classified as an accessory use and therefore permitted without permits.
