“My range plans haven’t changed at all,” Bowers emphasized. According to Bowers, his sole aim in building a range is to improve hunter safety. He predicted that successful completion of a hunter safety course will be made a prerequisite to issuance of a hunting license, beginning this year, and announced that the first safety classes to be sponsored by Blue Ridge Guns will be offered as scheduled next month.
