Brown, Deceased, which are the subject of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant under the general description of "parties unknown", it is, therefore, ORDERED that the parties to this suit designated as "parties unknown" do appear in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, an or before A/larch 14, 1982, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 16-2-3 (1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 4, 1983 at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will consider the following applications:
(1) VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 192: Lewis and Margaret Butler have applied for a Variance from Section 2 6 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 to construct a storage shed less than 25' from the property line on Rt. 211 west of Sperryville.
(2) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO. 193: Charles Elvis Dodson of Slate Mills las applied for a Special Use Permit to establish an automobile repair shop on his mother's property on Rt. 707 tear Slate Mills. The above named applicants and any other interested aarties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at he said time and place or to orward their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals in care of the Zoning Dffice. Copies of the foregoing applications are on file at the toning Office, open Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30-4:30 p.m., 175-3342.
