Correction

Last week’s Rappahannock News incorrectly identified Carl James as chief of the Aniissville Volunteer Fire Department. Amissville’s fire chief is Paul Poling. James is president and captain of the Aniissville rescue unit. The decision to withdraw fire fighters from the interior of the Blue Ridge Gun Shop, reported in last week’s paper, was made jointly by James and Poling. The News regrets the error.
