Dennis, who serves as WSA secretary, noted that a request from the State Water Control Board’s division of construction grants for an updated cost analysis on the proposed sewer system has been sent to the engineers for the project.
The WSA also received confirmation from the SWCB that additional funds have been approved for already completed redesign of the Sperryville system.

Manuscripts for the Virginia Prize for fiction, awarded by the Virginia Commission for the Arts, are being accepted through April 1.
The fiction competition is open to anyone residing in Virginia at least from January 1981 through December 1983.
