adequate sewage disposal in the village. The health department has required at least one commercial establishment to close down because of contaminated water supply. The area depends financially on a tourist trade for which both sewage disposal and an uncontaminated water supply are necessary.

EPA: Who owns the site of the proposed sewer system and is it surrounded by an adequate buffer zone?

SWCB: The site is owned by the Rappahannock Water and Sewer Authority and it has an adequate buffer atone that meets Virginia sewage regulations.
