The store went out of the family for a year but then the temporary manager decided not to continue, “I decided to get back into harness,” Mrs. Barron said. “I just couldn’t let the store close.” Mrs. Barron, postmaster at Viewtown, and her husband, the late Theodore Barron, ran the store for 43 years.
