sus lor the next 10 years. However, the projected amounts to the tax payers of Rappahannock County (some figures claim $63.00, some $36.00 per year) as an average leaves room for doubt. As we know, some life-long residents of Rappahannock are on a fixed income. This could work a hardship on these people. I have found that when you average things, it leaves something to be desired. As we all know, this average will cause some to pay more and some will pay less. I would like to see figures as to who will pay more and who will pay less.
4. As supervisor, I would like very much to see this county have a landfill of its own. And if condemnation was the only way to achieve this, then I would vote for condemnation.
5. I think that if the county had its own landfill, this problem could be taken care of to everyones satisfaction. I also feel we need a facility to handle these dogs. I personally know the job that Mr. Jack Bruce has done for this county and I take my hat off to him because I know that no one would have provided the service he has for this county for so long, with no more than he has had to work with.
6. As in the past, the people of my district have made there concerns about appointment to me. These are the people I serve and will always be the ones I listen to.
7. I support the scheduled reassessment of county property.
