The Quarterly Conference will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Sperryville United Methodist Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. Wilkins of Norfolk were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Love.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson and Mr. and Mrs. Gid Clater visited Roxie Clater in the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, W. Va. on Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bruce, Jr. of Yorktown were weekend guests of Mrs. Nina B. Brown and also visited relatives in Front Royal Saturday evening.

Mrs. Judson T. Smith of Virginia Beach was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar.

Bridge Party

Mrs. Dale Metzinger was hostess to the Sperryville Bridge Club and additional guests on Friday evening at her home.

Guests were Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. D. L. Price, Mrs. George Bain and Mrs. Howard Holschuh.

Winners were Mrs. Quaintance, Mrs. Holschuh and Mrs. Thompsen.
