What’s described as understaffed, under-funded, with leaky flat roof has just taken number one in region and number two rank in the state for minimum competency testing as evidence in the Rappahannock and Culpeper papers and in the Northern Virginia Daily. This test was taken by 78,000 students in Virginia, and we beat approximately 76,986 of these students or 98.7%.
I hope we have not let our performance in the T.V. quiz show vanish from the screen already.
Mr. Zindel in last week’s issue appeared to be pantomiming a school board member bragging 4 percent raises. I didn't see a one. We’re working presently on the hose in the hallway and the high school added a new set of Brittanicas to its references last year.
