Bake Sale
The Sperryville Community 4-H Club will sponsor a bake sale on Saturday, April 21 on Gay Street in the Town of Washington beginning at 11:15 a.m. All proceeds will benefit the club and the support of the public would be appreciated.

Dinner With Trimmings
As part of their annual fund drive, the Castleton firefighters will host a benefit dinner on Friday, April 27, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Castleton fire hall.
The menu features roast turkey and steamship round of beef with all the trimmings and assorted desserts. Cost is $3 for children, $6 for adults.
As an added attraction, the firemen will be giving away an array of prizes.
Fire & Rescue Meeting
The Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association will meet on Friday, April 20 at 7:30 at the Washington fire hall. All members are urged to attend.

Tom Burlinson and Sigrid Thornton co-star in “The Man from Snowy River.” It shows at the Gay Street Theater Friday at 8, Sunday at 7 and Monday at 8.
