The loan is repayed as federal and state reimbursement is received through the EPA and block grants.
“Mr. Jamieson has been doing the legwork in setting up the proper system. Then we (the Planning District) will be responsible /or paying bills and seeing that reimbursement is received,” Cilimberg explained. No money from the county’s general fund will be involved in the sewer project, he emphasized. The board will only be asked to certify that bills are correct after first receiving that same certification from the Planning District staff, Cilimberg said.
