Early this week the National Weather Service forecast another rainy Wednesday. Rain for Washington and Oregon. Rain also for the eastern Great Lakes area southward through the Ohio Valley to Tennessee. Rain in the Northern Piedmont and Central Foothills.
By deduction, then, if it rained again on Wednesday, could a sunny Easter Sunday be expected? It seemed to make sense.
