The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County has received from the Planning Commission an application tor establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District In the Jackson District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and has recommended approval of same. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 36, Section 15.1-1509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amendad. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of 1he Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given of the following:
(I) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to pubic inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, Washington, Virginia between the hours of 830 am. and 430 p.m., Monday through Friday.
