All that Certain tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 16.1406 acres, more or less, according to a plat and survey of Ross & France, Ltd., dated March 20, 1974, and recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Deed Book 110. page 727 ANO BEING the same property conveyed to John D. Brock. Sr. and Cleo Brock, his wife, by Deed recorded in Deed Book 125, Page 278 among the saod land records. TERMS OF SALE CASH. A deposit of 10% of the bid price payable in cash, certified or cashier's check at time of sale. Terms of sale to be complied with within fifteen (15) days of sale or deposit will be forfeited and property will be resold at defaulting purchaser's expense.
