Town Council Changes To 8 p.m.
Washington’s Town Council will begin regular meetings at 8 p.m., rather than 7:30, Mayor Peter Kramer announced July 11.
The later start time will give new council member, Bill Wickens, more time to get to meetings. Councilman Wickens commutes daily to Washington, D.C. ,
Neither council members nor the public voiced opposition to the tune change when comments from the floor were solicited by the mayor.
Town Council's next meeting is August 8.
