Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hall, Loudell and Eric from Camilla, Georgia are visiting Mrs. Alice B. Wood. Eric left on Sunday for California.
Mr. and Mrs. Amos Fultz of Stanley were Sunday callers of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Neale of Castleton, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Finnerty and Mrs. Alice Porter of Sperryville were visitors at “The Oaks” on Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Farmer, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Kidwell of Flint Hill, Carissa Dennis of Castleton, Elizabeth Hall of Avondale, Md,, Jason Rankins of Fredericksburg and other family members bringing the total to 42 spent one week at Westmoreland State Park along the Potomac. They enjoyed swimming, crabbing, fishing, blueberry picking and fossil hunting. They found 62 fossilized shark’s teeth.
