Councilman Evelyn Miller Willis wondered when residents would get a leash on all dogs in town.
The problem has nipped at Council’s heels at least since the late ’40s.
Mayor Kramer sighed about the problem that has become a town cliche, but didn’t deny its urgency.
“If anyone will submit names of dogs or owners, I’ll make an effort to contact (them) before the next meeting,” he smiled.
