Mr. Fuller agreed to submit to council for its August 8 meeting what he called a “ball-park” point count — “a real rough guide.”
Two proposals, both now in working-draft form, may become guides in areas council considers critical.
One involves protection of the town water supply; the other protection of Washington’s historic district.
Councilman Wickens submitted both draft ordinances.
