Rappahannock’s Water and Sewer Authority (WSA) is a month behind schedule in bringing a sewage-treatment system to Sperryville. Authority members dedicated their regular meeting July 16 to finding out why.
The Authority invited Henry Gerhart, planning engineer and regional manager at Buckhart-Hom, Inc., of Williamsburg, to answer questions and provide guidance.
During the three-hour meeting, the Authority narrowed the situation to a few key stumbling blocks:
