one if it seems to be having a rough ride. For another thing, where everybody knows everybody else, corruption becomes much more difficult to get sway with.
It’s not all beer and skittles, heaven knows. Disappointments are not possible, they’re probable. On the other hand, there is the tremendous satisfaction of seeing a good candidate for the House of Representatives, say French Slaughter, on your home turf, say Rappahannock County, talking to your friends and neighbors to find out what they will want of their congressman when he’s elected.
The game is wide open and anybody can play. Y’all come!
