Washington Volunteer Fire Department would like to announce the winners of the Cabbage Patch dolls given away on July 4th. The girl doll went to Mrs. Susie Brown of Sperryville. The boy doll went to Bruce Jones of Washington. The homemade firemen’s doll which was donated by Mrs. Sweet was awarded to ten year old Keith Jenkins of Washington. Mrs. Clark would also like to thank all who donated their time, baked goods and items for the thrift shop. The Ladies Auxiliary raised over $1100. A special thanks to all who participated in making the day successfiil.
