Dog Obedience Classes Begin
Basic Dog Obedience classes, sponsored by the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Department, will begin Wednesday, July 25 at 7:30-8:30 p.m. behind the Warrenton National Guard Armory, Classes will be taught by Joan McHale of Hume.
Classes will run one night a week for 10 weeks, tuition is $18.00 payable by 12 noon on July 23. A late charge of $10 will be added for paying after that date. Trainers are to bring their dogs to the first class. Do not buy training collars or leads until after the first class. Trainers must be at least 8 years old and capable of handling the dog.

Kings Dominion Field Trip
Several seats remain for the Wednesday, July 25th trip to Kings Dominion amusement park in Doswell. The trip is for interested adults and youths for a cost of $17.50 per participant which includes chartered bus ride and ticket to enter Kings Dominion. Normal at the gate admission price is $13.95 for the 1984 season. The trip is limited to the first 46 participants to pay the registration fee at the Parks & Recreation office, 14 Main St., Warrenton. Featured at Kings Dominion this season are the Smurfs and the newest ride called the Berserker. For additional information, please call 347-8630 or 347-8629. Departure time is 8:30 a.m. from Fauquier County High School and return time is 7:30 p.m.
Beahm Family Reunion
The families and descendants of the late George Washington and Nancy Bolen Beahm will have their annual reunion on Sunday, September 2 at the Rappahannock Park beginning at 8a.m.

Lord Fairfax Community College will conduct late registration for courses which begin on Tuesday, July 24, fropi 8^.nv .to 12 noon at the Admissions Office. 'The courts' are the third jfart of the three part sequence and wiU continue through August 15. . .
With the exception df English Composition tit which haai prerequisite, the othdr courses History of Western Civilization HI, History and Appreciation of Art III, and General Psychology III alf may be taken out of sequence.
Tuition is $15.25 per credit in-state and $66.Q0 out-of-state and is due at the time of registering. A late registration fe«^qf $10.00 will also be due. First-time students must complete an application for admission.
