The bride is a graduate of James Madison University and is employed by USAIR Airlines. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles I. Conner, of Van Buren, Indiana, and Mrs. Louise M. Scrivner, of Lexington, Kentucky, and the late Raymond F. Scrivner.

The groom is a graduate of James Madison University and is employed by Pace Applied Technology in Manassas. His grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. David D. Miller. The couple will reside in Burke.
