“Take Healing to the World.” . We as Christians nave been apprehensive 9 about sharing God's healing power with non-be- ft lievers or non-Christians who are sick and in need ft _ of healing. We are atratd and unsure, we don't ft 2 really know how to share God's medicine with ft these needy people. We do know according to C
2 God’s Holy Word that Jesus not only bore our ft 0 sins but he also bore our sickness and disease, 9 <f read Isaiah 53:4 & 5 and 1 Peter 2:24. We want to £ ft share this week some truth about God's healing ft power that can and will set you free if you will al- ft low it to, if you are bom again this will greatly help ft you as you share the love ol Jesus with others - y not only can you lead someone to salvation but 0 you can also teach them about God’s healing power if they have a need to be made whole ft physically The word salvation actually means: 9 9 save, rescue, deliver and heal. Romans 1:16 ft ft says For I am not ashamed of the Gospel ot 9 ft Christ, For it is the power of God unto salvation.'' ft
ft To be bom again is the most important thing we J ^ are to share with the world and we are not to be y y ashamed of it - but remember we are sharing this 0 0 week concerning healing and also that the word 9 9 salvation in Romans 1:16 in the Greek translation ft ft (which is the actual translation ot the New Testa ft 9 men!) actually means what we started earlier in ft ft the article: save, rescue, deliverance, sound- ” ft ness and hsallng - soundness of spirit, sound ft ness of the mind, soundness ot the body (read 3 John 2). The word salvation is for the three part man- it is to cover all three areas if a person is in £ £ bondage mentally they can be delivered if they 9 are sick they can be helaed and if they are spiritu ft ally dead they can be changed from that through » God's Word. Now we want to look at scripture concerning how to share God's healing power - in Matthew 28:19. Jesus said go and teach all nations and in Mark 16.15 Jesus said go and preach: teach and preach what? The good news of salvation! Remember what the word salvation means? So in order for someone to receive their healing we must teach and preach them for someone to receive their healing we must teach and preach them concerning what Jesus has done tor us and £ if they will believe and receive their healing, they 9 will be made whole: spirit, soul and body ft Next week we will look at Jesus ministry here ft on the earth and see how the people He healed were not Chnstians.
