RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 16-2-3(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 1985 at 9:00 a.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applciations: Special Use Permit No. 285: Jimmy Hitt and Ruby Grave have applied for special use permit to start a towing service and wrecking yard for the purpose of storing not more than 5 vehicles on property located in Castleton, Va, near Hope Hill Baptist Church. Any vehicle not picked up by insurance company, owner, etc. will be sold within 2 week period. Tax Map. No. 50-66B. Stonewall District. Special Use Permit No. 286: Elaine Viguerie plans to utilize farm into cooking school an boarding overnight students, numbering not more than 10 people at any one time. Located in Stonewall District, Route 615 Castleton, near J.P. Mills Store. Tax Map No. 51-51. A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 1985 at 7:L p.m. at tl : C,urt-. house tor ouch recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 16-23(2), if any.
