Oliver, Fisher
commended
students
Rappahannock County High School seniors Will Oliver and Tara Fisher have been named commended students in the 1986 National Merit Scholarship competition.
To qualify, students must place in the top five percent of more than one million participants in the 31st annual national merit program. The students enter the program by taking the national merit qualifying test, the Preliminary Scholastic Apititude Test.
Juniors this year take the test on Oct. 22 at the high school.
