Mr. and Mrs. Charles Troy Baker, of Washington, are the parents of a girl, Raven Nichole, born Oct. 1 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. The baby weighed 5 lbs. 7 1/2 ozs. The Bakers have another daughter, Lesley Michelle, age three.
Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Baker, of Warrenton, and Mr. and Mrs. John W. Kindell.
Mr. and Mrs. David R. Sisk, of Sperryville, announce the birth of a son, David Nathan, on Sept. 5. He weighed 6 lbs. 15 ozs.
