Rappahannock 4-H’ers are among nearly 4.5 million young people across the country who will participate in the National 4-H Week pelebration from Oct. 6-12. This year’s theme is “4-H For Youth, For America.”
It is through the network of volunteer leaders, state land-grant universities, state and local
governments and the U.S. Department of Agriculture that 4-H has been able to stimulate youth to develop life skills.
