Diet Watchers

During the past three weeks a contest has been underway among members of the Diet Watchers Association, directed by Joyce Wharton. Winning participants were Frances North of Chester Gap who lost 16 1/4 pounds and Delores North, also of Chester Gap, who lost 10 1/2 pounds in the three-week period.
A special meeting and celebration will be held on April 12 at 1 p.m. at Golden Corral in Front Royal at which time both ladies will be guests of Lecturer Wharton.
The Diet Watchers class meets each Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Washington Baptist Church. For additional information or registration, interested individuals may call Mrs. Wharton at 987-8924.
