Prusuant to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):

Ms. Sheila O'Brien, doing business as th Schoofhouse Restaurant in Rint Hill, Va, desires to erred an off-site directional sign on property- owned by Louise F K. Eastham (Tax Map 22, Parcel 28). Sign to be twenty (20) square feet in area. Use allowed under Section 3.3-8 (J) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. Property zoned ‘A’ Agricultural.
A copy of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, B:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 1988, at 7:30p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Sedion 15.1-9, if any.
