Once again, certain people have been observed saving and sorting old newspapers, magazines, bottles, jars, aluminum cans and pie tins in their kitchens and cellars and garages. Has some strange cult moved into the county? Not exactly. Recycling is back, and Rappahannock, like other rural and urban communities all over the country, is getting enthused!
