The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant on the ground that Defendant and Complainant have lived separate and apart since July 15.1985.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Carl Edward Frye, Sr., whose last known address is Sperryville, Virginia, is believed to not be a resident of this Stale, his whereabouts being unknown, it is, therefore
