"VAIN WORSHIP"
Listen to the words that Jesus spoke in Mathew 15:8-9, "This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with lips, but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men". Here Jesus speaks about people who are religious but that’s all they are. They have traditions and rituals, but they are empty, vain and powerless. Their walk with God is one of lip service, but their heart is far from me, Jesus said. God is neither pleased nor impressed with that kind of worship or devotion. God desires us to love and worship Him from the heart. He want’s it to spring
