Those who attend will take home a seeded flat containing a variety of flowers as well as several choices of perennial divisions and cuttings prepared for rooting. Enrollees should bring gardening gloves, pruning shears and a notebook. The Orland E. White Arboretum is located on the grounds of the University of Virginia’s Blandy Experimental Farm in Clarke County on U.S. 50 about 10 miles east of Winchester. It is the State Arboretum of Virginia.
